

I had read positive reviews about this product and talked at length with Verizon personnel- I had planned on replacing our Verizon wireless broadband card with it. Bought one as soon as available (May 17, 2009). Unfortunately the installation never got to the activation stage, it reported an error that it couldn't get a strong signal. Strange since each member of my family has a Verizon cell phone and use them in our home with no problem, it must require a very strong signal. Verizon has a "30 day, no worries" return policy so I shipped it back immediately.
